Scope creep (any services outside of the agreed scope) may result in additional fees and timeline adjustments.

Payments are due as outlined in our invoice or service agreement. Unless otherwise specified:

• All payments are non-refundable once services have begun.
• For prepaid services not yet delivered, refunds may be considered at our discretion.
• Chargebacks without prior dispute resolution may result in service termination and collection action.

All materials created by ClickBloom remain our property until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive a license to use deliverables as intended for business purposes.

You may not republish or resell our work without permission.

Your information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By submitting data, you agree to our collection and usage terms.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to:

• Delays in service
• Loss of data or revenue
• Errors or omissions in content or strategy

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

• Interns are expected to follow all confidentiality and professional conduct policies during their engagement.
• Participation in our internship program does not constitute employment. Interns may end participation at any time, and ClickBloom reserves the right to terminate participation at any time, with or without cause.
